Each top is carefully handmade using lino printing, so please treat it with care. As these prints are not mass-produced, it's important to note that there may be tiny variations from print to print. Think of these as little marks of individuality that make your top one of a kind! Rest assured, every piece listed in my shop has been carefully checked to make sure the design is still bold and clear overall. If a print comes out too patchy or noticeably different, it will be offered separately at a reduced price as a misprint :) ✫࿔ ⟢。.
How do I care for my top?
To keep the art as vivid as possible wash inside out on a cold cycle. Dry/iron on a low heat inside out or alternatively let air dry. Do not bleach or dry clean.
How long will my order take? ⌯⌲
As I run this lil business by myself, please be kind and patient. I aim to fulfill orders within/no more than 2 weeks after point of purchasing. Please note that for UK orders, delivery will take around 2-5 days. For European orders expect up to 2 weeks and for larger scale, more global orders expect up to 6 weeks due to customs. This should be seen as a guide - your order might easily arrive before then but it's important to take a note of this. I track all my orders to make sure they have successfully reached you ₊˚ʚ ₊🌎˚✧ ﾟ.

If a parcel isn’t collected from the postal depot in time, it will be sent back to me in the UK. I’m not able to take responsibility for parcels returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or for those left unclaimed at the depot.
If your order does get sent back to me, I’m happy to resend it, but please note that you’ll need to cover the additional international postage cost.
To avoid any delays or disappointments, especially if you’re ordering for a gift, please place your order in good time. Unfortunately, I can’t speed up the shipping or customs process, and things may take a little longer during busy periods 📦.
Do you accept returns?
Items cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been shipped. I do my best to provide a clear image and size guide for my tops. In the case of faulty items, please send me an email with your order number and images of your faulty item in order to resolve the issue, though I do my very best to make sure that items are carefully wrapped/well protected so they should reach you in the same condition they were posted ♡ .
Do I have to pay customs tax?
Depending on the country, items may be subject to custom charges or import taxes. These aren’t included in the price or postage of my items, so the buyer is responsible for any extra costs. Please be aware of custom tax rates in your country. It’s always best to check with your local customs office before ordering!
What supplies do you use?
I use water based screen printing ink to print my designs onto my tops which is more environmentally friendly than oil based inks. As they are screen printing ink they will survive the wash as they need to be cured to remain on fabric, so I heat set them as part of my print making process. I carve my designs out of lino blocks and use a range of carving tools to get the desired design *ੈ✩‧₊˚ .
